Our Journey
Nayel, the founder of Middleman Sourcing, grew up with the hum of sewing machines as his soundtrack. He watched artisans transform raw fabric into art, learning early on that a single stitch could hold a creator’s entire dream together. That world never left him.
After years in global trade and marketing, Nayel returned to his roots with a clear realisation: the fashion industry was full of bold visions, but the path to production was often broken. Ideas were lost in translation, quality was frequently sacrificed for speed, and misaligned factories slowed growth and damaged reputations.
In 2025, Middleman Sourcing Ltd was established to solve that gap.
Not to add another layer — but to remove friction between brands and manufacturers.
