Can I request samples before placing a full order?

Sample development is chargeable, and the cost and lead time will depend on the product specifications and development requirements. We’ll confirm the details with you before proceeding.
Who handles quality control?
MMS coordinates quality checks with our independent manufacturing partners to help ensure products meet the agreed specifications. Our team follows up on production progress, reviews available factory quality reports, inspects finished garments and communicates any identified issues to the relevant partners for follow-up.

Manufacturing & Locations
Are your factories ethically audited?
MMS prioritises working with manufacturing partners that demonstrate a commitment to responsible production, ethical working practices and environmental management. Depending on the factory and project requirements, relevant credentials may include social compliance assessments such as amfori BSCI and SMETA through Sedex, as well as textile certifications such as OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100.
Before proceeding with an order, we confirm the relevant certifications, audit reports and supporting documentation required for the selected manufacturing partner and project. Availability depends on the specific factory and its scope of certification.

Where is production managed?
MMS primarily coordinates garment production through independent manufacturing partners in Bangladesh, with sourcing options in other markets explored according to each project's requirements.
We work with buyers to identify suitable manufacturing partners based on product specifications, order quantities, target costs and delivery requirements. The available production options depend on the product category, supplier capabilities and project needs.
Does MMS own the manufacturing facilities?
No. MMS works with independent manufacturing partners rather than owning or operating factories. We coordinate sourcing, product development, sampling, production follow-up, garment inspection and delivery arrangements according to each buyer’s requirements.
This approach allows us to explore suitable manufacturing options based on product specifications, order quantities, target costs and delivery needs. Where required, we can also coordinate FOB shipping arrangements with the relevant suppliers and logistics partners.
Can facility visits be arranged?
Yes. MMS can coordinate visits to manufacturing facilities, subject to the factory’s approval and availability. If you would like to visit a facility during product development or production, please let us know in advance so we can discuss the arrangements with the relevant manufacturing partner.
What is the standard Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ)?
Minimum order quantities depend on the product, fabric, colour, garment construction and manufacturing partner. For many basic garment styles, orders may start from around 100 pieces per style, per colour, subject to confirmation. Smaller quantities may be possible for selected products.

How do you ensure the quality of my order?
MMS works with buyers and independent manufacturing partners to follow up on agreed product specifications and quality requirements throughout the production process. We coordinate sample reviews, monitor production progress, review available factory quality reports and inspect finished garments, reporting any identified issues to the relevant manufacturing partner for follow-up.
The scope of quality checks and any additional inspections or testing can be agreed according to the product and project requirements.
What is the typical lead time for production?
Production lead times depend on the product, order quantity, fabric availability, garment construction and manufacturing partner. As a general guide, bulk production typically takes around 30–45 days after sample approval, subject to confirmation for each order.
We’ll discuss the expected production schedule with you before proceeding, including any relevant material sourcing and delivery timelines.
Do you offer shipping and logistics support?
Yes. MMS coordinates shipping and delivery arrangements with suppliers and logistics partners according to your order requirements and destination. Support may include shipment planning, shipping documentation, dispatch updates and delivery coordination.
We can also discuss suitable shipping options, including FOB and DDP where available, depending on the destination and agreed shipping terms.
Can I track my order status?
Yes. MMS provides order updates through regular communication and progress reporting throughout the production process. We keep buyers informed about production progress, quality checks, order readiness and shipping arrangements, sharing available updates from our manufacturing and logistics partners.
While we don’t currently offer a dedicated online tracking system for production orders, our team is available to provide updates and answer questions about your order.
Design, Development & Sampling
Can custom designs be submitted for production?
Yes. MMS supports custom garment development based on your tech packs, sketches, reference images or physical samples. Whether you have complete technical specifications or an initial design concept, we can coordinate fabric sourcing, sample development, fit adjustments and production requirements with suitable manufacturing partners to help prepare your design for bulk production.

Can MMS assist if a Tech Pack is not available?
Yes. You can approach MMS with a sketch, reference image, physical sample or initial product idea. We can help develop your concept by supporting tech pack preparation, fabric selection, measurements and product specifications. Where needed, we can also coordinate technical drawings, pattern development and sampling to help turn your idea into a product ready for bulk production.
What is a Tech Pack and why is it required?
A tech pack is a document that outlines the key details needed to develop and manufacture a garment. It typically includes technical drawings, measurements, fabric and material specifications, colours, trims, labels and construction details.
A clear tech pack helps communicate your requirements to the manufacturing partner, reduces misunderstandings and supports consistency during sampling and bulk production.
If you don’t have a tech pack, MMS can help prepare one based on your design, reference images or physical sample as part of the product development process.
What is the difference between Prototype, Fit, and Salesman Samples?
- Prototype Sample: An initial sample used to assess the design, shape and construction of a garment. Substitute fabrics or trims may be used where appropriate.
- Fit Sample: A sample used to review measurements, fit and design details before proceeding to the next development stage.
- Salesman Sample (SMS): A sample developed to represent the intended bulk-production garment, using the agreed fabrics, colours, trims and finishing details as required.
Sample Timelines & Costs
Sample lead times depend on the product, development requirements and availability of materials. We’ll confirm the estimated timeline and sample cost before proceeding. Sample development and courier charges are payable by the client unless otherwise agreed.
How does the sampling process work?
The sampling process begins with your tech pack, sketch, reference images or physical sample. If you don’t have a tech pack, MMS can help prepare the necessary product specifications.
We then coordinate sample development to review the design, fabric, measurements, fit and construction. Where the intended bulk fabric is not available during initial development, a suitable alternative may be used, subject to agreement.
Sample costs and estimated lead times are confirmed before development begins. Once the sample is reviewed and approved, the product can progress towards bulk production, subject to final specifications and order confirmation.
Materials, Sustainability & Customisation
Can MMS assist with sourcing sustainable andeco-friendly materials?
Yes. MMS can help buyers explore lower-impact material options, including organic cotton, recycled polyester and other materials, depending on availability, product requirements and target costs.
Where specific certifications are required, we coordinate with suppliers to confirm the relevant certification documents and supporting information for the selected materials before proceeding with an order. Availability depends on the supplier and project requirements.
What certifications are available for sustainable options?
Depending on the material, supplier and project requirements, MMS can explore sourcing options associated with recognised textile standards and certifications, including GOTS, GRS, OCS, Better Cotton and OEKO-TEX®.
The applicable standard depends on the specific material or product and what it certifies. Where certification is required, we confirm the availability and validity of relevant documentation with the supplier before proceeding with an order.

Are Lab Dips (colour samples) provided?
Yes. Where available and applicable to the fabric, MMS can coordinate lab dips for custom colour development. Colours can be reviewed against Pantone references or physical swatches, with approval sought before bulk fabric production. Availability and lead times depend on the fabric, supplier and colour requirements.
What customisation and branding techniques are available?
MMS can coordinate a range of customisation and branding options to suit your product design and brand identity, subject to supplier capabilities and material requirements.
- Printing: Screen printing, water-based and plastisol prints, flock, discharge, DTG, DTF, puff, reflective and sublimation printing.
- Embroidery & Patches: 2D and 3D puff embroidery, chain stitch, chenille and appliqué patches.

What are the standard payment terms?
Payment terms are agreed before an order is confirmed and depend on the project requirements and manufacturing arrangements. The payment schedule, including any deposit and outstanding balance, will be clearly communicated in the quotation or order agreement before production begins.
What payment methods are accepted for bulk orders?
Bank transfers are the preferred payment method for sampling and bulk production orders. Payment instructions and relevant banking details will be provided with the invoice, along with the applicable payment terms.
Can MMS manage global shipping and logistics?
