Our Production Process

We understand that creating high-quality products requires an organized and detailed approach. Our streamlined process ensures efficiency and clarity every step of the way.

  • 1. Initial Consultation

    We begin with a strategy session to define your goals, budget, and timeline. We then match your project with the ideal manufacturing partner from our vetted global network of high-capacity and boutique facilities.

  • 2. Technical Foundation

    We work from your Tech Pack or reference sample. If needed, our in-house team can develop these for you. We require vector files (.AI/.PDF), size charts, and branding assets to ensure absolute precision.

  • 3. Lab Dips & Colour Approval

    We develop fabric swatches based on your Pantone® references. These are verified under standard D65 lighting to ensure total colour accuracy before bulk production is locked in.

  • 4. Proto Sampling

    We create a prototype (typically 3–5 weeks) to refine fit and design. While a sample fee applies to cover labour and shipping, this is fully credited back to you upon your bulk order confirmation.

  • 5. Salesman Samples (SMS) | Optional 

    We can produce retail-ready samples using production-grade fabrics for your marketing and sales presentations. These are typically delivered four weeks after photo-sample approval.

  • 6. Final Costing

    Once the sample is perfected and all details are confirmed, we provide final, transparent pricing. A formal Purchase Order (PO) is then issued to initiate the mass production phase.

  • 7. Bulk Fabric & Trims Sourcing 

    We source all production fabrics and accessories, offering cost-effective alternatives where needed. Materials undergo rigorous testing for shrinkage, colourfastness, and GSM compliance.

  • 8. Bulk Production

    We provide a detailed production schedule and deadline estimate. During manufacturing, we maintain daily communication with the factory, providing you with real-time updates, photos, and videos.

  • 9. Multi-Tier Quality Control

    Quality is our baseline. Our team performs internal inspections at every critical stage (cutting, sewing, and assembly). We maintain an industry-leading defect rate of less than 1.5%.

  • 10. Branding & Packaging 

    We execute your custom branding kit—from woven labels and care tags to sustainable, QR-coded packaging—ensuring your goods are retail-ready the moment they arrive.

  • 11. Global Logistics 

    We manage the heavy lifting of customs and freight. We support FOB, DAP, and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms via sea, air, or express shipping to suit your specific timeline and region.

  • 12. Post-Delivery Support 

    Our partnership continues after delivery. We assist with feedback reviews, quality analysis, and streamlined reordering to help your business scale consistently.

Payment Terms

  • Standard: 50% Deposit | 50% Balance (Pre-shipment)
  • Note: Alternative structures available for established high-volume accounts.

Global Transit

  • Air Freight: 5–7 Days (UK, EU, USA)
  • Sea Freight: 4–6 Weeks (UK, EU, USA)
  • Note: Exact transit times depend on manufacturing origin and final destination.
